Asda has issued an alert to customers after making changes to its Rewards App.
The supermarket giant launched the loyalty scheme across the UK last year following a successful trial. Shoppers can earn "pounds" to spend on future grocery bills at Asda by using the app.
Each time you shop online or in store, you will be credited with Asda Pounds by scanning the barcode or logging into your account at checkout.

The Asda Pounds will be added into a Cashpot where the balance can be converted into vouchers to spend at the supermarket. You can add to the Cashpot through missions and Star Products.
This week, Asda sent emails to customers with an important message about the app. The emails warned people they may have to re-enter their login details.
Emails read: "We’ve made some updates to our app which means that you may need to log back into Asda Rewards. We’re contacting you on the email address you used to sign up to Asda Rewards, so please use this to log back in.
"If you have forgotten your password, please tap 'Forgotten password' when prompted on the app sign in page, then sign back into Asda Rewards."
