Asda to remove all Russian products from its shelves in solidarity with Ukraine

Asda has issued a statement confirming it will remove all products that originate from Russia in a move of solidarity to support Ukraine.

The Eastern European country is currently at war with Russia following an invasion by Vladimir Putin which has been condemned by leaders across the globe.

Various sanctions have been announced against Russia in solidarity with Ukraine and now Asda has made a decision to remove all products with Russian origins from its shelves.
