An Asda store worker in Omagh has been praised after her efforts in helping a man in his 80s who had slipped and injured his head after falling on ice during the recent cold snap.
Eighty-five-year-old customer Jimmy O'Kane thanked Nicola McCrory from the Co Tyrone supermarket for looking after him after he slipped on ice and banged his head.
Jimmy fell in his garden but managed to walk to the store for his groceries and seemed to be in shock when he arrived. He is a regular shopper at the Omagh store.
