Four major stores have warned parents not to use a popular children's cup after it was discovered to pose a choking hazard.
Asda , Boots, Morrisons and Tesco are recalling Nuby Incredible Gulp and Super Quench cups due to the issue.
Cups bought between November 1, 2021 and January 14, 2022 with batch codes WF10V and WG08V are being recalled by Nuby.
The same problem affects cups bought direct from the Nuby UK website.
Nuby said the mouth section of the cups' spout could come off if the straw or spout became damaged.
The company is giving all affected customers a full refund.

Anyone who bought one of the cups is being urged not to use it, and to instead visit the Nuby UK website and fill in a product recall form to arrange for a return and refund.
Alternatively, shoppers can return it to a supermarket where a full refund will be given, and a receipt is not required.
Nuby said: "We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and thank you for your co-operation. ‘If you have any concerns or questions about this recall, you can contact our helpline on 0800 334 5844 or email enquiries@nuby-uk.com."
Asda said this was due to "a small number of defects on the spout and straw assembly, which in some instances means that the spout could detach when pulled with force and this could become a choking hazard."
Sharing the news on Facebook, Tesco wrote: "Nuby is recalling 2 batch codes of its Incredible Gulp cups. This is because there’s a small chance that the silicone straw and spout in the lid of the cup may be damaged, so it could become a potential choking hazard."
This weekend many of the same retailers issued an urgent recall for chocolates, yoghurts and pizzas due to safety fears.
These were sold at major supermarkets including Tesco, Aldi and Sainsbury's.
Anyone who has bought products including Yoplait Frubes and pizza doughs in the past week should return them to the appropriate supermarket.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) said some of these products have been contaminated with salmonella, while others include ingredients not mentioned on the label.
The authority says this could be particularly dangerous if the shopper has an allergy to ingredients left off the label, such as egg.
Symptoms caused by salmonella typically include fever, diarrhoea, and abdominal cramps.
Yoplait UK is recalling its Frubes Strawberry, Red Berry and Peach Variety Pack because the product may contain small pieces of metal.
Small metal pieces have been found in the peach flavour within the multipack which makes this product unsafe to eat.
All retailers affected have put up warning signs in stores to let customers know about the issue.
As with the Nuby cups, if you have bought any of the affected products do not eat them. Instead, return them to the store from where they were bought for a full refund.
