Back then, People reported on the matter in an article published on August 11, 2025, and echoed the words of a source with a detailed understanding of the incident, who said that Jolie “never wanted to live in L.A. full time” but that “she didn’t have a choice because of the custody arrangement with Brad (Pitt).”
