Artist Mark Cline built a foam Stonehenge replica in 2004; it later moved to a Virginia farm

An American artist recreated Stonehenge using foam rather than ancient stone, building a life-sized replica that made its debut on April Fool’s Day in 2004. Known as Foamhenge, the installation was created by Mark Cline of Enchanted Castle Studio and stood in Natural Bridge, Virginia, for more than a decade.
