The Gunners are tonight looking to confirm their place in the Europa League knockout stages against their fiercest Group A rivals. A draw at the Emirates Stadium would be enough for Arsenal, while another victory would all but secure top spot in the group and a February two-legged play-off tie against a Champions League dropout.

Mikel Arteta had both Gabriel Martinelli and Oleksandr Zinchenko undergo late fitness tests, which only the former passed for a place on the bench. Zinchenko continues to nurse a similar complaint, which has now ruled him out of Arsenal’s last five matches.
