Arsenal U18 player ratings vs Manchester City U18s as Lewis-Skelly and Cozier-Duberry impress

Noah Cooper: Barely had anything to do on the night. Some alert sweeping when called upon if passes were loose but hardly any saves to make. 6.

Michal Rosiak: A superbly taken free kick was the highlight of a really impressive performance. Floated infield nicely a la Ben White, and was a constant threat in those central areas. 8.

Josh Robinson: Moved out of his usual full back position and did well, particularly when up against the physically imposing City attackers. 6.

Reuell Walters: Defensively well positioned. Could have been a bit more accurate with his distribution at times, but still showing the composure that has got on him on to the first team bench in the last two matches. 6.

Lino Sousa: Some really impressive offensive runs down the left hand side with some astute delivery. Might even have scored with one chance. Defensively solid as ever. 8.

Bradley Ibrahim: A really solid display from the 17-year-old who dropped into the backline regularly to pick up the ball and distribute. Provided a good defensive screen when City looked to counter as well. A superb floated ball in the final second for the winner. 8.

Myles Lewis-Skelley: Really good in the first half as he helped Arsenal establish dominance in midfield. Continued to do so in the second period as well. Had been understated in his excellence all game but stole headlines late on with the winning goal in added time, rising high to head Arsenal in to the final. 8.

Jimi Gower: Maybe helped by the man advantage in midfield, but did a really good job of giving Arsenal a foothold in possession in midfield. Taken off on the hour mark after running himself into the ground for the team. 7.

Amario Cozier-Duberry: Another superb display from the 17-year-old. Fought for absolutely everything and had quality to match. Only a goal was missing from a superb display worthy of the hype around him. 8.

Ethan Nwaneri: Moved up front for this game and showed a good understanding of the role, linking well with his teammates. Was key in the build up to several first half chances. 7.

Omari Benjamin: Caused City all manner of problems down the left, earning the early red card and getting into countless good scoring positions. Couldn't take any of his chances though, which was the only thing missing from the display. 7.

SUBSTITUTES -

Ismail Oulad M'Hand: Continued the fine work by Gower in the middle of the park. Created some nice overloads that led to a decent penalty shout late on. 7.

Osman Kamara: Really bright after coming on late with his direct running. Might have scored the winner, but his volleyed chance was a tough one. 7.

Seb Ferdinand: Came on too late to influence the game. n/a.

Maldini Kacurri: Came on too late to influence the game. n/a.
