Arsenal transfer round-up: Gunners 'favourites' for Gakpo as striker set for exit

Arsenal thumped Sevilla 6-0 to win the Emirates Cup on Saturday in what was a totally dominant and ruthless performance from the Gunners, including hat-trick hero Gabriel Jesus who has hit the ground running since signing earlier this summer.

But Mikel Arteta still wants more, and further reinforcements are being eyed over the next month. And according to reports, the Gunners are now ‘favourites’ to sign PSV Eindhoven attacker Cody Gakpo, while Bayern Munich’s Leroy Sane remains on the agenda. Elsewhere, Folarin Balogun is edging closer to an exit from north London.
