One of those teams that have been linked are North London rivals Tottenham, who are also looking to bolster their ranks in the upcoming weeks.

Manchester United are preparing a £40million bid for PSV Eindhoven winger Cody Gakpo in January, according to GiveMeSport. Arsenal have been linked with a switch for the Netherlands international, but it appears as though Erik ten Hag has made a push to land the forward ahead of the Gunners.
Charlie Patino contract boost
Arsenal look set to keep one of their promising talents tied down for longer as the Athletic reports that the club are going to trigger an option in Charlie Patino's contract to extend it by two years. The midfielder's deal was set to expire in the near future, but the Gunners have covered their backs by triggering the extension while Patino impresses on loan at Blackpool.
