Arsenal told to increase Moises Caicedo transfer offer as Brighton reject opening £60m bid

Arsenal will need to up their opening offer of £60million if they are to have any chance of signing Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.

The Gunners are interested in signing Caicedo before Tuesday’s transfer deadline as they want to bolster their midfield following a knee injury to Mohamed Elneny.
