Arsenal tipped to complete six transfers including stunning Chelsea and Aston Villa moves

Arsenal will spend the summer transfer window bolstering Mikel Arteta's squad following a successful 2022/23 season. The Gunners ran Manchester City close in the Premier League title race, finishing second to secure a return to the Champions League.

Despite the season not finishing until Sunday, plans have been in the pipeline for some time ahead of the opening of the summer transfer window on Wednesday, June 14.

football.london understands sporting director Edu Gaspar will prioritise a new midfielder before the beginning of next season, with West Ham's Declan Rice and Brighton's Moises Caicedo heavily linked. It's also understood a new forward and defender is on their radar.

With the imminent sales of Granit Xhaka and Folarin Balogun, the Gunners will have over £200million to spend on new recruits. Here, football.london takes a look at the latest transfer odds from SkyBet to see who the bookmakers think will make the switch to the Emirates Stadium...

Declan Rice - 1/2

Rice has looked destined for a move to north London for some time following an impressive string of performances for West Ham. With his contract expiring next year, the Hammers may be forced to sell up in the summer to ensure they get the best possible deal.

Arsenal are favourites to land the midfielder at 1/2, ahead of Man United (4/1), Bayern Munich (8/1), Man City (8/1), Chelsea (10/1), Newcastle (12/1), Liverpool (16/1), Real Madrid (33/1) and Tottenham (33/1).

Mason Mount - 4/1

Mount's transfer saga, like Rice, has dominated the headlines in recent weeks following a stalemate in his contract negotiations at Chelsea. His current deal is due to expire in 2024 and looks certain to leave the Blues this summer.

Man United are favourites to sign the England international (1/1), ahead of Liverpool (3/1) and Arsenal (4/1). He is 11/4 to remain at Chelsea.

Wilfried Zaha - 5/1

It is almost impossible to believe that Zaha has not left Crystal Palace to join one of the Premier League's bigger clubs since he returned to his boyhood side in 2015. His contract at Selhurst Park runs out at the end of June and he is yet to agree terms over a new deal.

Staying at Palace is the bookmaker's favourite at 5/2, with a move to the Emirates priced at 5/1.

Ollie Watkins - 5/1

Away from Arteta's plan to upgrade his midfield options as a new forward has been touted as a potential area that needs strengthening. Watkin's tremendous season at Aston Villa - 15 goals and six assists - has seen him be linked with a move away.

The Gunners are favourites to land the striker, who has been linked with Arsenal before having supported the club growing up, at 5/1. They are ahead of Spurs (7/1), Liverpool (12/1) and Man United (14/1).

Moises Caicedo - 5/1

Another midfielder heavily linked with a move to Arsenal is Caicedo. His performances have helped Brighton to the Europa League for the first time in their history.

After failing to secure a move away in January, the Ecuadorian is expected to be at the forefront of the window this summer. Chelsea are the bookmaker's favourites to land the midfielder at 3/1, with Arsenal behind at 5/1.

Ilkay Gundogan 5/2

In recent weeks, Gundogan has looked set to leave Man City over a dispute over his contract. Now, reports claim the English champions are prepared to offer the German a new deal.

Staying at Man City is the most likely option (8/13), with Arsenal closely behind at 5/2.
