Thierry Henry has asked Arsenal fans not to get overexcited about Max Dowman, calling on the club to ‘protect’ the young phenom.

Dowman won the back pages’ adoration last weekend after he produced a goal and assist in Arsenal’s 2-0 defeat of Everton, which sent them nine points clear atop the Premier League.
