Arsenal defender William Saliba has been ruled out of his side’s match against Brighton due to injury.
The Gunners confirmed Saliba will miss Wednesday night’s match due to “picking up an issue” in Arsenal’s 2-1 win over Chelsea on Sunday.
Christian Mosquera was named as Saliba’s replacement in Arsenal’s back four for the game at the Amex Stadium.
Bukayo Saka takes the captain’s armband on his 300th first team appearance for Arsenal, while David Raya will also make his 100th Premier League appearance for the Gunners.
Arsenal head into tonight’s game with a five-point advantage over Manchester City, although they have played a game more than Pep Guardiola’s men.
