Arsenal starlets Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly have been named in the England squad for this summer’s Under-17 European Championship.
The pair are part of a strong squad, which contains five players from Chelsea and one each from Crystal Palace and West Ham.
Lewis-Skelly and Nwaneri were star performers for Arsenal as they made the final of the FA Youth Cup this season.
Both are tipped for big futures, with Nwaneri becoming the youngest player in Premier League history this season by making his debut at the age of 15 years and 181 days.
He is part of a strong group of forwards England have for the Under-17 European Championship in Hungary, with Manchester City’s Justin Oboavwoduo and Tyler Dibbling of Southampton also involved.
England have been drawn in Group D for the tournament along with Croatia, the Netherlands and Switzerland. They will kick off their campaign on Thursday when they face Croatia.
