Arsenal star Gabriel Jesus has been compared to club legend Ian Wright after a series of impressive displays in pre-season.

Jesus completed a £45million move from Manchester City and became Arsenal's fourth summer signing, scoring twice on his unofficial debut against Nurnberg. Oleksandr Zinchenko followed the Brazilian to north London as Mikel Arteta poached the two stars from City to strengthen his squad ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Jesus bagged his first Arsenal hat-trick against Sevilla as the Gunners cruised to victory against the Spanish side, with Bukayo Saka and Eddie Nketiah also getting in on the act in a 6-0 win at the Emirates Stadium. Gunners icon Nigel Winterburn has since praised Jesus and compared the Brazilian striker to club legend Ian Wright.
