Arsenal have been warned that transfer target Youri Tielemans would be a 'fantastic signing' for Liverpool, with both clubs reportedly eager to strengthen their midfield this summer by bringing in the Leicester star.
Tielemans has been a standout performer for the Foxes since arriving from Monaco for £40 million in the summer of 2019. But he will have just one year remaining on his contract come the summer, sparking speculation that he could be on the move.
Mikel Arteta is looking to bolster his midfield options ahead of the 2022-23 campaign. Granit Xhaka may be set for an exit with Roma ready to make another bid for the Swiss and although he and Tielemans are not the same style of player, the 24-year-old has attracted the attention of the Gunners.
