Arsenal are ready to bid for Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans if recent reports are to be believed.
The Gunners have signed five first-team players during the summer transfer window, bringing in Fabio Vieira, Gabriel Jesus, Matt Turner, Marquinhos and Oleksandr Zinchenko for over £110 million combined. Still, technical director Edu remains active in the market, with the Brazilian keen to offload a number of fringe players within Mikel Arteta's squad.
And one player who continues to be linked with a move to north London is Leicester's Tielemans, with transfer guru Sacha Tavolieri now claiming that the next week could see a bid come in for the Belgian international. Writing on Twitter, Tavolieri said: "Youri #Tielemans stay in #Arsenal’s target lists, ready to make a second bid next week for #LCFC midfielder.

"As announced yesterday, #Arteta valid the profile & next week will be decisive. More options for #AFC board: Sandro #Tonali, Moises #Caicedo. Info x@AbdellahBoulma."
football.london reported earlier this year that Arsenal are indeed interested in the former Monaco midfielder and Edu held a meeting with the player's representatives back in January, although it remains to be seen whether or not a move could be finalised before the summer window closes next month.
