Arsenal make wonderkid "bid"
Arsenal have made a bid for Villarreal wonderkid Yeremy Pino, according to Spanish outlet Radio Castellon. The 19-year-old isn't just of interest to the Gunners, though, as Premier League rivals Liverpool are also eyeing a move for the Spaniard this summer, with an offer tabled.
The report claims that both clubs offered €40million (£34million) for the youngster, while the La Liga club are looking to hold out for €60million (£50million).

Arsenal transfer target compared to Cristiano Ronaldo
Manchester City defender Ruben Dias has praised Wolves winger Pedro Neto and compared him to Cristiano Ronaldo amid links with a move to Arsenal this summer. The Portuguese forward is said to be eyed as a potential option for the Gunners as the side look to improve the squad ahead of the closing of the transfer window.
Ian Wright praises William Saliba decision
Arsenal hero Ian Wright has praised Edu and Mikel Arteta for their decision to send defender William Saliba on loan to develop over the past few seasons. The 21-year-old returned to the Emirates this summer and made his debut against Crystal Palace, marking an excellent first performance for the club.
