Arsenal are set to send striker Nikolaj Moller out on loan again to Dutch side FC Den Bosch for the remainder of the season football.london understands.
The Swedish forward, dubbed 'the next Zlatan Ibrahimovic' by some, spent the first half of this out on loan in the German third tier with FC Viktoria Koln, scoring three goals in 13 appearances.
He was recalled earlier this month however, and began training with Mikel Arteta's first team at London Colney.
There were some thoughts that he could replace Flo Balogun in the under-23s squad after the Hale Ender joined Middlesbrough on loan, but now it now it seems Kevin Betsy's side will put their faith in Mika Biereth and Khayon Edwards for the remainder of the campaign, with Moller on his way to Holland.
The news comes amid plenty of uncertainty over the future of the centre forward position at Arsenal.
As things stand the Gunners' main two options are set to be Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah, despite some late interest from Newcastle in the latter.
This is because Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been frozen out of the squad after being stripped of the club captaincy last month following a "disciplinary breach," with Arsenal now happy to let him leave.
The 32-year-old has been subject of interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia who were willing to pay his salary until the end of the season, however, it is understood that the player would prefer to stay in Europe.
Barcelona and PSG have both shown a desire to sign the Gabon international until the end of the campaign, and it is thought that he will make a decision on his future before the transfer window closes on Monday.
There have been some reports that Aubameyang's exit could spark a late move to bring in a striker, with Real Sociedad's Alexander Isak and Jonathan David of Lille both linked.
