Todd Boehly has been handed a decision to make in the summer transfer window amid growing interest in Chelsea defender Levi Colwill. The 19-year-old centre-half has courted interest this season from a host of top-flight sides, following a series of impressive displays while out on loan.
The Cobham graduate has featured 29 times for Huddersfield Town in the Championship, steering the Terriers towards promotion into the Premier League. Colwill's imperious performances this season have booked the Yorkshire-based side a place at in the play-off final against Nottingham Forest.
He's predominantly operated on the left of a back-three under Carlos Corberán, enjoying much of his success threading passes through into his midfielders, winning aerial duels and defending with wisdom beyond his years. With Thomas Tuchel set to undergo an exodus of defenders this summer, with Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen set to leave once their contracts expire, it is expected Levi Colwill is set to be integrated into the Chelsea first-team upon his return from loan at the John Smith's Stadium, according to Goal.

The west Londoners are said to be 'so impressed' with the youngster's development that he will play a major part in shaping Tuchel's summer transfer plans, Goal add. Though, it's not just Chelsea who are keen to secure Colwill's services next season.
In January, Leicester City took an interest in the England youth international and considered whether to sign the centre-half on loan for the remainder of the season, according to The Athletic. But, a deal failed to materialise.
It has since been reported by Goal that Arsenal are interested in acquiring Colwill's signature this summer, with the Foxes keeping tabs on the situation. The report adds that Chelsea are reluctant to send the youngster out on loan again with Tuchel currently short of options at the back.
Though, there is an expectation that the west Londoners will sign two centre-backs this summer to replace either Rudiger and Christensen. Colwill, who sees his contract at Stamford Bridge expire in 2025, will have a chance to cement a role in Tuchel's first-team in pre-season, though.
With a big summer on the cards, Colwill has insisted that he's ready for a challenge in the Premier League. He said to The Athletic: "I think I'm ready. I've learnt a lot this year, so the next step I hope will be in the Premier League with Chelsea, Huddersfield or whoever."
Having worn the number 26 while on loan at Huddersfield this season, the Chelsea youngster has been compared to club legend and former captain John Terry. Colwill said: "I'll take it. I'm not going to complain. It's not a bad thing to be called the new John Terry.
"I haven't made the comparison myself, so the fans and media can make whatever comparisons they want to make, it isn't going to affect me. John Terry is a club legend and leader, someone every centre-back at Chelsea should look up to.
"A great guy and player. I've not had the chance to speak to him too much. When he was around the academy building, we'd have the odd little chat, but it'd be more of a, 'Hi, how are you?' kind of thing, not on a personal level about football or things like that."
Huddersfield face Nottingham Forest in the Championship Play-Off final on May 29 as Colwill looks to steer the Terriers back into the Premier League with the help of fellow Cobham graduate Tino Anjorin.
