Arsenal haver been hit with a £40,000 fine for failing to control their players during the FA Cup third round tie at Oxford United earlier this month.
Gunners players surrounded referee David Coote and appealed for handball in the 34th minute of the match at the Kassam Stadium when a shot from Albert Sambi Lokonga was blocked by Elliott Moore.
Coote pointed for a corner, but was immediately confronted by the angry visiting players.
VAR was not in use at the League One club's ground due to the facilities not being supported.
An FA statement read: "Arsenal FC has been fined £40,000 after its players surrounded a match official during The Fa Cup tie against Oxford United FC on Monday 9 January 2023.
"Arsenal FC denied an allegation from the The FA that the club had failed to ensure its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the 34th minute, the club also requested a hearing.
"An independant Regulatory Commission subsequently upheld the allegation and imposed the club's fine. Its written reasons for these decisions will be published in due course."
The charge also comes after the Gunners were charged for a similar offence following their Premier League game at home to Newcastle on January 3.
On that occasion they surrounded referee Andy Madley after he failed to award a penalty for what they saw as a handball by Jacob Murphy in the closing stages of the Premier League clash at the Emirates.
They were also fined £40,000 for the incident.
The FA's statement then said: ""Arsenal FC has been fined £40,000 for breaching FA Rule E20.1 during its Premier League fixture against Newcastle United FC on Tuesday 3 January 2023.
"Arsenal FC admitted that it failed to ensure its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the 95th minute. An independent Regulatory Commission imposed the club's sanction during a subsequent hearing."
