It was a big day for transfer stories involving Arsenal on Friday and it's pretty good news on the whole, too. Mikel Arteta's men know they need to take advantage of being one of the most attractive clubs to move to this summer and aren't ready to let it slip.
With planned reinforcements at centre-back and centre-midfield to start with, the Gunners have a strong list of poential players to join up with their young squad. Whereas this time last year and without Champions League football certain targets weren't available, the same cannot be said for now.
During the World Cup they were linked with Jude Bellingham and moves don't get much bigger than him right now. Heading into the summer and any of Europe's most talented players will have one eye on the exciting project at hand in north London.

That isn't to say that every link, rumour and report is gospel and exactly what is needed, though. Here, football.london takes a look at just what to think of the day's transfer mill.
Rice has good chance of going
This one is straight from the horses mouth. football.london understands that Arsenal have placed Declan Rice at the top of their list for the summer window and West Ham manager David Moyes has started to mellow on the subject.
“We honestly hope Dec stays, that is the biggest thing,” he said on Friday. That alone has already reduced from the hardline, 'not for sale' stance that he was taking last year and the windows before.
“We would love him to be a West Ham player but we are aware that might not be the case. That is one of the scenarios. Our plans are to have Dec here but we are also fully aware there is a good chance that we don’t have him.”
football.london says: Well, this is kind of obvious. Arsenal want him, he wants to move to a bigger club and even for over £120m ($150m -a price that has been reportedly put on his head) it is an opening that didn't exist before. West Ham were never going to want to sell Rice but they might not have much choice.
If Arsenal can beat off the competition and are happy to stump up the money needed, Rice is a no-brainer. We're sure there will be fans thanking Moyes for his development of the 24-year-old and public updates on his future.
Former academy star 'ready'
Arsenal are making the midfield their area of high-priority. As well as Rice and Bellingham, Moises Caicedo was heavily pushed for over the winter and it is reported that the answer to their issues, and for less than the others too, is Yunus Musah.
Fichajes say that the Gunners are now 'ready to move' for the 20-year-old having seen him leave Hale End. The American international is struggling with Valencia this season but did come to the attention of the club once again last year. He has a massive release clause of £87m ($109m) which does complicate matters, somewhat.
football.london says: Musah fits the age profile for Arsenal, already knows the club and has given high-quality performances in pressure games on the global stage for USMNT. That doesn't mean he is worth the money.
If Arsenal can look past his form this year then there is certainly an exciting player to sign but he isn't the most experienced and would be a risk unless they can get a really, really good deal. It's also worth noting that they haven't exactly been bargain buyers in recent years.
Musah makes sense until you take into account the cost and what is available for around the same price. We're sure Arsenal are keen to land him but even Edu would laugh Valencia out of the room for an £87m quote.
