There appears to be another twist in the transfer saga over Leicester City star Youri Tielemans as reports claim that Barcelona are out of the race for his signature due to an apparent "agreement" over his next club. It comes amid links with a switch to Arsenal for over a year.
The Belgium international is nearing the end of his contract with the Foxes and is set to become a free agent next summer amid a lack of renewal talks. It appears as though after successful years at the King Power stadium, manager Brendan Rodgers is resigned to losing the midfielder.
"I would love him to sign another deal and continue his journey here at Leicester City," the Leicester manager told reporters in early November. "But we will see in the coming months."
