Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney was forced off in the first half of Scotland's 2-1 win over the Republic of Ireland. Tierney took a blow to the head in the 42nd minute and had to be replaced.
Some Gunners players who have gone away on international duty this month have experienced injury problems. Thomas Partey - who only returned to the Arsenal team last week for the 3-0 win at Brentford - has been sent back to London as a precautionary measure after picking up a knee injury before Ghana's defeat to Brazil on Friday.
Meanwhile, Oleksandr Zinchenko was forced to miss Ukraine's fixtures through injury, while Martin Odegaard has been carrying a knock, although he did start for Norway in their game against Slovenia on Saturday.

It looked as though Tierney was about to be added to the list of potential absentees for Arsenal's game on October 1 against Tottenham, but the defender was only taken off by Scotland as a precaution. Tierney experienced a couple of injury issues last season, including a knee problem that kept him out of the final two months of the season, but this blow to the head is unlikely to keep him out for any period of time.
Scotland came from behind to win the game 2-1, with Brentford full-back Aaron Hickey also substituted after sustaining an injury.
“Both of them are okay,” Scotland boss Steve Clarke told The Herald. “We took Kieran off as a precaution."
