Arsenal have announced a new eight-year extension with kit manufacturers Adidas, taking their partnership all the way to 2030. The new deal is set to hand the Gunners a financial boost while continuing a collaboration that has released many different themed shirts while helping the community.
Arsenal and Adidas have worked together for the past three years, reuniting in 2019 after a 25-year break from the manufacturer that crafted kits for some of their greatest ever sides. There will certainly be hopes from both sides of the agreement that the same can happen over the next eight years.
Special shirt campaigns have been a feature of the partnership over the past few years. The special white kit labelled the "No More Red" campaign looked to raise awareness around youth violence, while setting up a long-term goal of addressing the root cause with safe spaces and mentorship.

Then there were special shirts surrounding the things that make up Arsenal and London as a whole, with the TFL training kits and the Notting Hill Carnival-inspired shirt. While the partnership looked to raise awareness and celebrate culture there, the Arsenal Foundation also saw £5 donated from the sale of every home shirt up until the start of the season.
The official club statement also adds that there will be a greater focus on the Arsenal Women's team too, with increased marketing rights with better global exposure for both the club and the players.
Arsenal commercial officer Juliet Slot told the official website: "We’re delighted to agree a new partnership with adidas until 2030. The long-term nature of our extension means there’s a real commitment to build on this brilliant collaboration, with a strong focus on growing women’s football and developing our sustainability strategy.
"Since we’ve been reunited, we’ve driven initiatives and investment in our local communities, and developed exciting and bold product ranges for our players and supporters alike. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made together and we’re excited to take our partnership forward."
