Arsenal and Chelsea suffer DOUBLE setback in search for new striker: report

Arsenal and Chelsea look set to miss out on centre-forward targets Victor Osimhen and Ivan Toney, potentially taking them back to the drawing board in their respective striker pursuits.

The two London clubs are expected to be in the market for a new centre-forward in January, with Napoli's Osimhen and Brentford's Toney the names most strongly linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium or Stamford Bridge.
