Borussia Dortmund youngster Jude Bellingham looks set to become front and centre of a huge transfer saga this summer as clubs clamour to land a potential generational talent. The 19-year-old has had a breakout few years in football, making his switch to the Bundesliga from Birmingham City.
He has since gone on to become a mainstay in the Dortmund side as well as the England men's senior national team, where he has displayed maturity and plenty of character too. It's all those reasons that have made such a saga where there's so much interest from clubs all around the world.
Arsenal and Chelsea are among those sides linked as both teams look to continue their youth-centric push towards the top end of the Premier League. The Gunners are in particular need of reinforcement in central areas as football.london understands that Bellingham's England teammate, Declan Rice, is a top target.

The Blues shelled out a British record transfer fee to land Enzo Fernandez from Benfica in January, but are still in need of a midfield partner for the long-term. Bellingham could be the answer for both, though a huge fee is expected, with some reports quoting as high as £150million for the youngster.
That could put some teams off, however, a deal is said to be agreed in principle with one club ahead of the summer transfer window. According to Marca, that club is Real Madrid, who have pushed hard to land the midfielder to help rejuvenate their own central ranks for the future.
The report claims that he will sign a deal until 2029, unless any unexpected setback was to occur between now and the closing of the agreement. It remains to be seen if this will be pushed through or if any of the other interested clubs will put in a bid in an attempt to hijack the move, given the great potential of Bellingham.
