Arsenal and Chelsea could cash-in on a number of players this summer after Napoli's transfer plan has been revealed. The newly-crowned Serie A champions will be very busy in the coming months as they fend off interest in the likes of Victor Osimhen, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Kim Min-jae.
But, holding onto their star players will be just as important as signing new ones as they look to defend their title next next season. With AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus expected to heavily invest as they attempt to reclaim the Scudetto, the Napoli president has explained how he intends to further bolster Luciano Spalletti's side.
In an interview with La Repubblica, Aurelio De Laurentiis announced that he wants to sign an American and Japanese player. Between Arsenal and Chelsea, they have three players who fit the profile that he's after, namely Takehiro Tomiyasu, Matt Turner and Christian Pulisic.

According to the CIES Football Observatory, The Gunners could raise £13.1 from selling the duo, while the Blues could secure a £34.9 windfall for offloading Pulisic. The Napoli chief said: "I would like to add more players.
"I would like to have an American, because in America even if the league is worth little, there are great players who shine in the national team. And then a Japanese, already having a Korean in the team, since there is a great development of our football in the East and there are new names to consider. But I wouldn’t want to send any of our players away."
If Pulisic is on Napoli's radar then they'll have to pull their finger out because Olivier Giroud has already encouraged the winger to join AC Milan. In an interview with Morning Footy, as quoted by Goal, former Chelsea striker said: "[Pulisic] was a happy boy, always good vibes, smiling.
"It was easy to have a laugh with him. My understanding on the pitch with him was top, a bit like Eden [Hazard], even if I played less with Christian. He's that kind of player who is very skilful.
"He can dribble, play the one-two. He knew how to use me on the pitch and vice versa. We had good times together and I hope he can get rid of the injuries, get better and get more consistency and more games because he's a very, very talented player."
Then, when asked if Pulisic would be a good fit at the Rossoneri, Giroud was open to the idea. He replied: "I think people here would love it. It's definitely a big name in Europe, so he would help us."
