Arsenal's Premier League fixtures for the 2023/24 season have been confirmed.
The Gunners begin their quest to win the title with the visit of Nottingham Forest in the Saturday early kick off in the Premier League's opening weekend on August. That's part of a relatively kind start to the season which sees them face just two big six opponents in Tottenham and Manchester United, both of which are at home.
Just prior to the second international break of the season is when things start to get tricky though as Mikel Arteta hosts his former mentor Pep Guardiola on the weekend of October 7th. Upon returning from international duty Arsenal will then face tricky trips to Chelsea and Newcastle either side of a home clash with newly-promoted Sheffield United.
Following that it's a relatively kind run into the winter period, but a trip to Anfield on December 23rd may not leave the Gunners feeling festive. Arteta will be relatively happy with the Christmas fixture list though, which does not see him leave London courtesy of derbies with West Ham at home and Fulham away on Boxing Day and December 30th respectively.
The fixtures are then relatively kindly spread out before back-to-back games against Chelsea at home and Manchester City away either side of the March international break. A tough trip to Brighton then begins what appears to be a really tricky run in for Arsenal, who will face an away North London Derby and a trip to Old Trafford within their final four games of the season, before rounding things off with a home game against Everton as they did two years ago.
