Arrest made after Ashley Cole allegedly racially abused during punditry work at Swindon’s game with Man City

A 24-year-old man from Swindon has been arrested on suspicion of racially abusing Ashley Cole while the former England defender worked as a pundit at an FA Cup match earlier this month.

Premier League leaders Manchester City played Swindon at the County Ground in a game covered live by ITV, who Cole was working for as he was allegedly targeted.
