The superstar’s post quickly went viral, with many netizens speculating whether something was troubling him personally. However, Salman has now clarified that the post was not about his own life. He also revealed that his mother, Salma Khan, became concerned after seeing the online reactions.
Salman Khan clarifies his viral post on loneliness
After the earlier post sparked widespread discussion online, Salman Khan returned to social media to address the speculation. He clarified in a light-hearted tone that he is never truly alone as he is surrounded by his family, friends, and fans.
“Arre yaar Mai apne bare mai nahi baat kar raha tha. How can I be alone when I have such a large amazing family n friends n how can I be lonely when I have u guys, your wishes n Duas, I would be the biggest na shukra ever,” Salman wrote.
He further added that while he appreciates the love around him, he sometimes prefers spending time alone.
“Kabhi Kabhi logon ke saath reh kar pak jaata hun, isliye some me time, Buss...” he added.
Salman also shared that the reactions to his earlier post became so intense that even his mother reached out to ask him about it.
“Iss baar koi photo nahi breaking news bana diya, Mummy pooch rahi hai, Kya hua Beta? Chill maro yaar,” he wrote.

The clarification came after Salman had earlier posted a shirtless photo and reflected on the idea of being “alone” versus “lonely,” which triggered widespread speculation online.

On the work front, Salman Khan has several projects in the pipeline. He will next be seen in
Maatrubhumi, directed by Apoorva Lakhia, alongside Chitrangda Singh. He is also filming Vamshi Paidipally’s upcoming project, tentatively titled
SVC63, co-starring Nayanthara and produced by Dil Raju.
Reports also suggest a possible collaboration with filmmakers Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. for a superhero film, though no official announcement has been made yet.
