Armie Hammer accusers detail alleged abuse in explosive House of Hammer trailer

An explosive trailer for the upcoming docuseries House of Hammer has been released and features a couple of Armie Hammer's former lovers.

The eye-opening clip, which is almost four minutes long, features alleged texts and voice notes sent by the Hollywood actor as his ex-girlfriends and family members speak out. House of Hammer chronicles the accusations of sexual assault, cannibalism fantasies, branding threats and other accusations, which first came to light in January 2021. The father-of-two has always denied the allegations brought against him.

The House of Hammer trailer begins with his ex-girlfriend Courtney Vucekovich saying: "I’m here to talk about what happened in my relationship with Armie Hammer," as she takes a deep breath. The camera then cuts to Julia Morrison as someone behind the camera asks her if she's okay to get her phone out.

Reading out a supposed text message from Armie, Julia admits: "I haven't really digested this one..." She claims the message reads: "I have a fantasy about having someone prove their love and devotion and tying them up in a public place at night and making their body free use."

Courtney goes on to claim that Armie told her: "I am 100 per cent a cannibal," before welling up as she details a time when she was tied up. Once Courtney came forward, multiple women followed suit, bringing to light years of alleged abuse at the hands of The Social Network actor.

The three-part docuseries also includes exclusive interviews with the actor’s aunt, Casey Hammer, who says that violence and abuse run generations deep in their family. "If you believe about making deals with the devil, the Hammers are top of the totem pole," Casey says, before adding: "My name is Casey Hammer and I'm about to reveal the dark, twisted secrets of the Hammer family."

Discovery's President Jason Sarlanis said of the upcoming documentary: "The accusations of rape and abuse brought against Armie Hammer in the last few years are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the Hammer family. With House of Hammer, we witness truly disturbing details and sinister secrets that money and power couldn’t hide forever.

"This documentary provides an important platform for the incredibly courageous women who came forward to share their stories, and we hope their courage inspires others to continue meaningful conversations around abuse in our society," he added.

In April 2022, Variety published an article where Armie''s attorney Andrew Brettler released a statement regarding the abuse allegations.

It read: "There was never a case. A lot of people think that there was. There was never a lawsuit, never a criminal proceeding. The media are obsessed with that matter. It never turned into litigation or into a criminal charge against anyone. That was a misconception.

"It was early days of the pandemic, everybody was home, reading all these tweets. You have a well-known handsome actor being accused of salacious, kinky interactions with women.

"It captured the public's attention but was completely blown out of proportion - to the extent that there was never anything in court. There wasn't a matter for me to handle other than to help him manage his image in the press."

House of Hammer will be available to watch on Discovery+ on September 2.
