ArMee Infotech's initial public offering (IPO) opens for subscription today, September 23, 2026, giving investors a three-day bidding window. In the grey market, the issue is currently commanding a 3% premium, indicating expectations of a modest listing gain.

The Rs 300-crore public issue will remain open for investors until September 25. The allotment is expected to be finalised on September 28, while the company's shares are tentatively scheduled to list on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE on September 30.
