There’s always a next ‘it’ sneaker, the skincare miracle that actually works, another up-and-coming restaurant we reliably cannot score a reservation for. (We’re on iPhone number what now?) Everything is always new. And that’s become a little boring. What isn’t boring are stories, and each piece from Arhaus’ latest capsule, The Collected Home, is full of them.
Albeit technically new, this curation is rich in narratives. Weaving in heritage equestrian influences, fringed finishes, and tapestry scenes, the collection clearly muses the past. But if you know anything about current interior trends, you’ll know those references weren’t picked by accident. They’re strategically nostalgic, but still very obviously designed with a 2026 taste in mind.
The solid oak Fresca Six-Door Sideboard, for instance, arrives with every bit as much warmth and artistry as the verdure it muses, capitalizing on the rich character of those idyllic countryside scenes with linen-wrapped door panels in shades of fawn and olive. Still, it has a thoroughly modern heart: two adjustable and removable shelves positioned behind four front-facing doors, along with two fixed shelves concealed behind curved side doors.
Because we’ve got ugly TV accoutrements to hide. A real antique, though we love them, could never.
Items like the Cerrito Swivel Chair, meanwhile, bring out the side of vintage that wasn’t afraid to let loose, tapping another old-school trend currently prowling back into homes: leopard print. Its gently sloping arms sit atop a 360-degree swivel base because, if we’re already going back on the prowl, we might as well do it with all the moxy of the original icons that put it on the map. (Your impossibly cool, car-coat-wearing, Lee Radziwill-ish grandmother would’ve absolutely had one in her living room if it’d existed then.)
From mirror-patterned mahogany grains to glittering, Gatsby-meets-Studio 54 crystal fixtures, if you were out of the loop, you’d simply assume it’s really good vintage. If you know, you know.

If it’s not ‘old,’ it’s out in 2026. When everything else looks sleek, shiny, and conspicuously new, craftsmanship has become the real luxury. With 30% off orders of $2,000 or more through July 6, we’d say it’s as good a time as any to invest in a few new-to-you heirlooms. Keep it in the family.
