Glasgow drivers are set to see changes in traffic in the south west of the city, with parts of Edmiston Drive to be closed.
Scottish Water have advised road users of work to ‘improve services’. Currently, a section of the eastbound carriageway of Edmiston Drive between Paisley Road West and the junction with Broomloan Road is closed though it will reopen on December 15.
A stretch of the westbound carriageway of Edmiston Drive between Copland Road and Hinshelwood Drive will stay closed during this period to facilitate a pipe testing point.

A diversion route via Paisley Road West will be signposted, with pedestrian access will be maintained.
Scottish Water have said: “We apologise for any inconvenience and thank affected road users for their patience and understanding.
“We have liaised with Glasgow City Council’s roads department. There will be an increase in traffic along the diversion route and road-users are advised to allow additional time for their journeys.
“Spectators travelling by road to and from football matches at Ibrox Stadium are also advised to allow more time for their journeys.”
In January, further works will be seen on Edmiston Drive for around six months. The work is part of the Glasgow Resilience Project, which involved seven miles of new pipes to connect Glasgow’s water network to a system in Ayrshire.
The project is hoped to be completed by 2023.
