Shares of this drug giant have outperformed the broader market over the past year. ABBV has gained 15% over this time frame, while the broader S&P 500 Index ($SPX) has rallied nearly 8.2%. In 2025, ABBV stock is up 5.3%, surpassing the SPX’s 4.7% decline on a YTD basis.
