The countdown is on for the 2022 Eurovision final which takes place tonight.
Some 25 finalists will battle it out to win the prestigious song contest, which will be watched by millions across the world.
This year’s final is taking place in Italy after the country won the 2021 competition with its act Maneskin, who are due to perform at tonight’s final.

It’s bad news for Ireland though, after Brooke Scullion failed to qualify with her performance of That’s Rich in Thursday’s second semi-final, in what came as a surprise to many viewers.
It means that Ireland has now failed to qualify for the Eurovision final on seven of its last 10 attempts.
Ukraine are the favourites as the countdown begins, but they face stiff competition from the likes of the UK, Sweden, Italy and Spain who are all predicted to do well.

The Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final takes place on Saturday, 14 May at 8pm.
