Arctic Monkeys' upcoming Dublin concert has had a change of venue, with the band now set to play Malahide Castle instead of Marlay Park next June.
The British rock band are set to play an outdoor gig at the north Dublin venue on June 20, 2023. Promoters announced yesterday that the venue for the show had changed but did not state the reason for the switch.
Tickets for the concert go on general sale at 9am Friday September, 30. Pre-sale codes will remain valid for the pre-sale beginning tomorrow.

The band, who burst onto the music scene with their hit single I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor in 2005, played a string of festivals this summer including Electric Picnic. Arctic Monkeys' UK and Ireland tour will kick off Bristol’s Ashton Gate Stadium on May 29 and the following string of shows also includes outdoor gigs in Manchester, Middlesbrough, Norwich, Swansea, Southampton and Glasgow.
Arctic Monkeys' new album The Car will be released on Friday, October 21 2022, with all songs written by the band's lead singer Alex Turner. Speaking about the new album, he revealed to The Big Issue: "I think we’ve got closer to a better version of a more dynamic overall sound with this record."
