Arcil sets price band at Rs 132-139 for Rs 733-crore IPO. Check dates and other key details

Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd, or Arcil, has set a price band of Rs 132-139 per share for its IPO, which is expected to raise up to Rs 733 crore.

The IPO will open for subscription on September 9 and close on September 11, while bidding for anchor investors will take place on September 8, according to a public announcement issued by the asset reconstruction company.
