Underneath a temple, archaeologists have made an astonishing discovery - a vast tunnel that stretches for an impressive 1,305 meters through solid sandstone. The tunnel was unearthed by Kathleen Martinez, a researcher from the University of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, and her team during their ongoing excavation of the temple.
