Arabica Coffee Slips on Above-Average Rain in Brazil

May arabica coffee (KCK24) this morning is down -0.50 (-0.27%), and May ICE robusta coffee (RMK24) is up +17 (+0.51%).

Coffee prices this morning are mixed.  Above-average rain in Brazil is bearish for coffee prices after Somar Meteorologia reported today that Brazil's Minas Gerais region received 28 mm of rainfall in the past week, or 106% of the historical average.  Minas Gerais accounts for about 30% of Brazil's arabica crop.
