The Saudi-led Arab coalition said on Sunday it had destroyed a hostile aerial target flown towards the Kingdom's western coastal city of Jeddah.
The coalition added that it supported the Gulf and international positions to ensure the success of the upcoming Yemeni consultations set for Riyadh.
It urged restraint so that the talks can be a success, noting that the Iran-backed Houthi militias, through their recent attacks on Saudi Arabia, are aiming for the meetings to fail.
Moreover, the coalition said it reserved the right to respond to the Houthi attacks.
As of Sunday, the Houthis have launched 495 ballistic missiles, 911 drones and threatened marine navigation with 272 mines and 106 booby-trapped vessels. They have also arbitrarily launched 100,830 projectiles, revealed the coalition.
