As MotoGP fans might already know, the Circuit of the Americas round in 2026 is coming up fast. This year, it'll touch down in Austin, Texas the weekend of March 27 through 29. And right after that, Aprilia will be hosting a very special two-day Aprilia Racers Days event at COTA the following Monday and Tuesday, March 30 and 31.
So if you'll already be at COTA for MotoGP weekend, you may want to think about attending. And contrary to how it might seem from the name, Aprilia invites riders of all brands of motorcycles to attend the track day, not only Aprilia owners! Your bike, no matter what brand it is, will need to pass technical inspection to participate, just like you'd expect at any track day.
Seems reasonable, right? Right.

The way Apriilia is structuring the 2026 Racers Days event at COTA is like so: Monday, March 30, will be the VIP day. That's when Aprilia MotoGP riders, as well as members of both the factory Aprilia Racing team and Trackhouse teams, will be on site. There will be special access and invited guests (please be aware that no names have been made public at this point). On-site coaching will also be available on the VIP day, and you'll be able to take one demo ride on an Aprilia demo fleet machine. Please be aware that which demo fleet bikes are available to you will be determined by which track day rider group you're classed in (beginner/intermediate/advanced). VIP day participants will also receive a commemorative t-shirt as part of the package.
Tuesday, March 31, will be the standard Aprilia Racers Days track day event. No Aprilia MotoGP racers or VIPs will be in attendance, but you'll be able to get out and turn laps at COTA on your machine, as well as take a complimentary demo ride on a bike in the Aprilia demo fleet. As with the VIP day, Aprilia demo fleet motorcycle availability will be determined by your track day rider group (beginner/intermediate/advanced).
Both the VIP and Standard ticket prices include complimentary lunch and photography on the day. You will also be required to provide a copy of your driver's license with a valid motorcycle endorsement, proof of health insurance, and sign a demo damage liability waiver if you ride a demo bike.
Pricing is set at US $1,500 for the VIP ticket and US $850 for the Standard ticket. A full-face, DOT-approved helmet, gloves with a gauntlet, either a one-piece or two-piece leather suit that zips together, and over-ankle boots are required to participate in the track day and the demo ride opportunity. Dainese and AGV will have some limited items available to demo at the track, but size/availability aren't guaranteed (and you'll have even fewer options if you're a woman rider, most likely).
