Approval tipped for £31m project to build UK's lowest carbon office

United Kingdom Bruntwood Works

Approval has been recommended to build a £31m building to house the UK’s lowest carbon offices.

Bruntwood Works is behind the proposals for The EV0 Building on land at Didsbury Technology Park.

The plans were first revealed in May 2022 and would include space for around 955 employees.
