Luisa Zissman has embarked on a shocking attack against NHS workers who are planning to strike over pay this month.
The former Apprentice star launched a foul-mouthed rant in the direction of medical heroes, branding them "irresponsible", "cruel" and “jumped up t***s".
The entrepreneur, 35, blasted NHS staff, saying they should never have entered the medical profession if they were concerned about salaries.
She claimed our courageous NHS workers knew full well what they would earn when they came into their jobs, and argued they should quit and "do something else" rather than go on strike.
The telly personality went on to say she would never even consider working for the NHS because "the money is not enough" and she "doesn’t give a s*** enough".
Speaking on her LuAnna podcast to co-host Anna Williamson, Luisa said: "When you’re in this industry it’s completely irresponsible to strike and put people’s lives at risk. Sorry, it’s unacceptable.
"You have a child that’s waiting for a transplant and that kid doesn’t get that heart because of some f****** jumped-up t***s.
"I’m sorry, but you chose. When you went into that profession, you haven’t gone in blind. You know what that pay is for that profession.
"Every profession has a pay, an account, a teacher… So don’t go into it then."
Her foul-mouthed rant went on: "Don’t go into it willing to go on that pay and then go 'actually, I don’t want to do it anymore because of the pay'.
"If you’re not happy with the pay that job offers, do a different f****** job from the offset."
Her rant comes days after it was announced soldiers could be drafted in to fill critical roles in the NHS and Border Force to minimise disruption from the wave of strikes.
Nadhim Zahawi, Conservative Party chairman confirmed the military could be used to drive ambulances and staff ports as the Government braces for mass walkouts later in December.
Nurses, ambulance workers and civil servants are preparing for strike action this month after staff were offered a pay rise worth as little as 4%, despite soaring inflation.
The Royal College of Nursing (RCN) is set to hold two days of industrial action on December 15 and 20 unless there is a negotiated settlement with the Government over pay.
And more than 10,000 ambulance workers across England and Wales will strike days before Christmas.
Three unions today announced the dates members will walk out, co-ordinating industrial action for Wednesday 21 December.
