Tom Skinner is a dad once again!
The Apprentice star, 32, sadly missed the birth of his twin daughters as his wife Sinead had to undergo an emergency C-section and give birth four weeks earlier than planned.
Tom, who has acquired a loyal fanbase on social media thanks to his positive videos, was managing a West Ham Legends team in a tournament in North Carolina, USA, earlier this month when he got a call from his panicked wife.
The businessman was told if Sinead didn't get surgery within the next 24 hours, both her life and their unborn twins lives were in danger.
After a desperate 5,000 mile journey back to the UK, Tom was able to meet twins Roma and Darla and the happy family are due to head home this weekend after a few weeks in hospital.
Recalling the call he received prior to Sinead having the emergency surgery, Tom said "[The doctor] told me ‘there’s a significant risk to your wife’s life and twins’ life if we don’t get them out immediately.
"'We need to get these babies out within the next 24 hours - latest - but I want to do it now'."
Tom then faced a challenge to get back from America, with the earliest flight available still leaving the dad-of-three with a five-hour wait.
Instead of waiting in the airport, Tom made the decision to 'kill' time by managing the likes of Carlton Cole and Marlon Harewood in West Ham's first game of the tournament.
"I had nothing else to do and Sinead was waiting for the op," he told The Sun.
"I got there just in time for kick-off and gave a motivational speech - but we lost 4-2!"
When Tom returned to the airport, the reality TV star received a call from his wife's sister Siobhan who told him Sinead and both twins "were in real danger" and the operation had been brought forward - meaning Tom would not be in the room when his daughters came into the world.
Tom, who is also a dad to son Henry, recalled walking through airport security in a panicked state and wondering how he would break the news to his eldest child if the worst happened.
Thankfully, as soon as he boarded the plane, Tom received a text that read: "Tom, you are a dad to two beautiful girls."
The dad-of-three hopped in a friend's cab and dashed to the hospital as soon as he landed at Heathrow.
Tom and Sinead announced their family was expanding earlier this year via Tom's Twitter account.
"When 3 becomes 5!!" Tom tweeted in February.
"I want to let everyone know that Sinéad & I are expecting identical TWINS!!!
"Little Henry is gonna be a BIG Brother!! Hit the target twice lads!! BOSH DOUBLE BOSH."
The 32-year-old revealed the lovely news to his fans alongside a snap of him and his wife, 32, holding an ultrasound scan.
Sinéad and Thomas welcomed Henry in 2020 and tied the knot last year after dating for over five years.
