Having had one of its worst days in recent memory following July’s earnings report, it's been a while since Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) gave its shareholders much to smile about. However, the past week has been a welcome exception.
Since the company took the wraps off its latest products last Wednesday, AAPL has jumped around 7% to trade near $330, back within touching distance of its all-time high. For a stock that's been weighed down by worries over slowing growth and a lagging AI strategy, that’s a notable burst of enthusiasm. The long-awaited launch, it appears, struck the right kind of chord.
