Earlier this month, Apple announced a whole load of new products that would be joining its lineup. So many, in fact, that it was a little difficult to keep track of it all. Now the dust has settled, and everything is available to purchase — or at least preorder — so I've rounded up all the new additions, with links to find out more, below.
The news that drew perhaps most attention is that of the MacBook Neo, a pleasingly budget-friendly intruder into Apple's traditionally premium-only lineup. It's powered by an iPhone processor, but incredibly, manages to hold its own against traditional MacBooks in use.
We also have a new MacBook Air M5, various new MacBook Pro M5 options, and an iPad Air M4 — all with welcome, if relatively minor, upgrades over their predecessors. The 2026 iPhone 17e also refines rather than reinvents, but notably does so without a bump to the price tag compared to the 16e. We said it felt like "a more complete and modern member of the iPhone lineup" when we tested it. Rounding out the announcements from the main event was news of a 2026 Apple Studio Display monitor, with upgraded camera, ports, and audio, and a high-end sibling in the Studio Display XDR.
We also got a surprise bonus addition the week following the main event, with news that after five years of waiting, we'd finally be getting an AirPods Max 2. The new cans boast a host of smart features, '1.5x' better noise cancellation, and a new amplifier for improved audio quality.
