Apple $250 million settlement: how to get your payment and when they're going out

This week, Apple settled a $250 million class action lawsuit over claims that it misled iPhone owners about the arrival of Apple Intelligence and an overhauled Siri.

Thanks to the settlement, up to 36 million iPhone owners are eligible for a payout of up to $95 per device, a significant amount, especially for serial iPhone purchasers.
